CRASE Training
McKeogh Hall at 11:00am - 1:00pm
July 31st, 2022
On July 31st, after the 10:00 a.m. service, we will have the opportunity as a church to be taught Civilian Response to Active Shooter Training (C.R.A.S.E) by Lt. Marcos Martinez of the Seguin P.D. The training is approximately one and a half hours. We will provide lunch to all who attend.
This emergency action plan training aims to help organizations and civilians prepare themselves and their personnel (congregants) for active shooter scenarios. In addition, this training documents basic information recommended for an effective emergency action plan.
We hope everyone will consider attending this special training so that we all may be as prepared as possible in an unspeakable situation. Children under 18 are only allowed with their parent’s permission. For parents who wish to attend and do not wish for their child to attend, we will have the nursery and/or youth house opened and chaperoned.
Contact Charlene in the church office to sign up.
